Nxt-Infra Trust was settled in the Republic of India as an irrevocable trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, pursuant to a trust deed dated October 26, 2023.
The Trust is registered as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under the SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014, as amended, Registration number IN/INVIT/23-24/00028, granted on Nov 8, 2023.
