The Investment Manager plays a central role in the effective functioning and governance of Nxt-Infra Trust.
Its key responsibilities include:
Formation and Establishment of InvIT
- The sponsor is an originating entity that conceives and sets up the InvIT structure.
- It prepares and files the application for registration with SEBI and implements the legal trust deed offering documents
- The sponsor establishes the trusts framework, appoints key governance entities (like trustees), and enables regulatory compliance from the outset.
Asset Transfer / Monetization of Infrastructure Assets
- Supervise the activities of Project Manager to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the terms of project management agreements.
- Monitor asset performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value preservation across the portfolio.
Initial Unit Holding and Lock-in Obligtions
